The duo of essential oils complement each other with one supporting alertness and the other sleep. CASE STUDY 1
GLOBAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE COMPANY
As part of a planned Wellbeing Week programme on site, all operators attended a shift worker support programme workshop on understanding their sleep, diet and health. Each participant was gifted by the company an Experience Health Box containing the Deepe Sleep Oil, Alert Oil, Shift Worker Total Health Food Supplement and a Quick Flick Book on ‘Understanding your Sleep on Shift’.

MULTI-NATIONAL PHARMACEUTICAL CORPORATION · SITE A
As part of an annual shut down event, all process technicians and supervisors were gifted an Experience Health Box. All those attending a HR New Hire Induction for shift work roles were given an Experience Health Box as part of their welcome to the organisation. This also included liaising with the canteen facility provider on site to partner on shift healthy food offerings. The site now provides new hires working shift with an Experience Health gift box.

In moving from a three to four cycle shift pattern all shift workers partook in talks on sleep, diet and staying healthy. Each participant was gifted by their organisation an Experience Health Box. Collaboration with the catering facility provider guidance was provided on shift healthy food options.
